Summer of 2012

Wow can you believe it? It's 2012. Well my last post was a little more than a year ago because right now I am just starting summer (well I'm a week into it), for me summer officially starts when the pools open. Especially my neighborhood pool because where I live we don't have a beach or lake really close by so my world is the neighborhood pool. Lately I have been having so much fun in the pool and this is just the second day going! I am working on getting tan, even though I would rather not have skin cancer, and just enjoying myself before summer ends. This is the summer I am going into 8th grade! Can you believe it?? I can't, that just seems so old. 7th grade was all about meeting new people. I got another best friend and we could finally compete in sports! I played volleyball (club), basketball (school), cross country (school), and track (school). My best mile time was 6:40, I played outside hitter and libero (beginning), center in basketball, and jumped 4'3 in high jump, and medleys. Overall these sports were all worth it no matter how hard it was to still do big projects and schoolwork its still really fun. Just remember to love your life, and it will get better:)    Just in case your feeling down the Lord will always be there to help you through it.  ❤
